Many people judge washers by how many psi they maintain. Somtimes high psi is what is needed, like removing loose paint or caked on grease. There is much to gain by using only as much pressure as needed for the job, longivity between rebuilds #1. Yours being a specialized application allows choosing a washer that does the job and doesn't nessarly need to be "a jack of all trades" to be used for various applications. Decide how much volume of water at how many psi is ideal for cleaning the house then call your choice of pump manufactures to have them set up the ideal system for you. I like use Cat Pumps and find thier tech support very good. If you have a small tractor that manuvers inside the house well(the one used to handle litter) don't overlook powering the pump with pto and mounting pump and tank on a trailer or 3 point. 99% of plug and play washers would last 3 times as long and double functional effecience if fitted with an upgraded by-pass and surge tank. Glad to hear somone is getting to use thier houses, last I talked to owners around Pittsburg Tx,they were storing hay in some and tearing others down.
