Well, I've got this old C H & E table saw, called a "SawRig", company was out of Wisconsin and it had a 14 HP K321 "S" in it, which is apart on the bench with some spares, can be rebuilt but its essentially a "complete basket case, internally at a glance looked ok. Its a K321 S, Spec. No.60558
I mistakenly bought a ford LGT 145, with a complete one for parts, next model down, 12HP, both Kohlers, and what I noticed was that the base of the motor or the oilpan was part of the tractor, and the stationary version apparently has the suffix of an S on the model number, the K321 in the Ford does not appear to fit the "S" model cast iron oil pan, which is the mount to the sawrig, I was wondering if anyone knew the suffixes or differences thereof or if Kohler had it posted somewhere for reference.
The good news is I just found a very nice K321 S Spec. No. 60137 "d" that should run fine, came from someone who had a nice shop/meticulous mechanic type, very reasonable, just have to switch pulleys. The base measures out the same as the pan off the one I have, it appears I have a match maybe ?
Here is a link to show what the what the sawrig is, definitely not OSHA approved, never saw another one of these before, only in an old catalog.
