If its what I think it is the plastic fuel line inside and under the intake has a hole in it. It has a pressure line and a return line that tend to rub togeather. It has the old spider injection set up in it. With a hole in the line it will fill the crank case with gas and bearly run. My son has a 94 that did the same thing. It not to bad to fix, About $20 for the hose set and $15 for gaskets. The biggest pain is the bolt on the back of the block (1 1/2" from the fire wall)that holds the lines in place.
