What the heck does that have to do with this POST???? I don't know too many UNION carpenters that could build a house out in the country. Not many country folks could afford to pay union wages for a home. About the only union wage things build around us are the public buildings.
We have a high school building that was just built in 1995. It is getting torn down. The UNION roofer did such a poor job that it leaked and black mold started in the ceilings. They even tore them out an washed them off and the mold just keeps coming back. The county health department condemned the building last year.
The district is having to sue the roofer and contractor for damages.
