Same here, as the sun heats this house during the day, its well insulated, man windows facing south etc. I use the stove in the basement/garage, mostly in the afternoon, evening if I'm not here, for obvious reasons and I can get that to 70 deg in 15 minutes, will rise to 80 and above if I want, mostly when real cold and I want the heat to help upstairs keep that furnace off. I round of logs maybe an extra or 2 and thats it. I have next years 1/2 bucked, other in logs, and have a old section of hedgerow to clean with oak, maple and black cherry down already, will be dragging those up soon, it is nice to stay ahead on the wood !
You could moldboard plow or work in most fields right now, this dry this early kind of concerns me, frost is gone, no mud season here at all, well there was briefly, everything is 4-5 weeks ahead, still plenty of time for a blizzard too, but don't seem likely. I can see weeds popping up in the garden patch adjacent to the house !
