Tinyy is correct that some parts are not available new. Other than the sheet metal I have never had any trouble finding good used parts. If you are missing the side panels you could be in trouble. They get taken and are out raucously high priced.
The draw back of the JD 1010 is that they are not enough of them for too many after market parts. From the flywheel back they are real similar to the two cylinder Dubuque tractor. Many of the parts will inter change.
The really neat thing, from a collector stand point, is with seven different models. Plus different variations within the models. You can have a unique tractor for not a lot of money. The only sky high one I know of is a JD 1010 orchard. They will bring $20,000 plus. Less that twenty ever built.
