Morton will not budge on the price of the mainline buildings. If you want cheaper go with their Country Craft line. They build the best pole type building I have ever seen. They last too. Why should they dicker with you when they bring good quality and value to the table???
If you are one of those guys that just have to get a "break" on everything then just get a local bid from someone else. That way you will not waste your time. And DON"T try the "this is all I have game" either. Will not work.
I have two Morton buildings. I am getting a third this summer. They build them well, fast and on schedule. What is a little more money spread over the life of a building. I have one Lester building. I "saved" three thousand dollars on it up front. I have had to replace the metal already and the doors where not right from day one. I hope lighting will hit it every year. So far no luck. LOL
