Hello,
The first thing to check is that you have enough oil in the system. There is a dipstick in the plate which is marked fast and slow. This controls the drop rate of the rear linkage.
If your rear linkage is working OK have a look at the following;
Depending on what type of loader rams are fitted you may have oil passing the seals inside in one or both rams. Double acting only.
Are there any bends in the rods?
Check the steel and flex pipes for any sign of pinching.
Are you getting full movement on the operating levers/valves?
Have a look and please come back.
