First, what tractor are you putting this in? Some flywheels are model specific. You should be able to use the 15 amp regulator/rectifier PN-41 403 06. You will need a key switch that has a terminal R (for rectifier) and I (for ignition). You can look on E-Bay for a blower housing that came off a alternater style engine cause I don't know for sure if your blower housing fits the starter gear flywheel. I know they are different on the 10-14 hp engines.
