My family had a 1928 Regular(T-26723)and I found a 1948 picture with newly built Machanical lift Manure Loader. In the picture just behind the Mag. is a hugh oil filter which ended up in the junk pile before the end of using the tractor. I think the farm record indicate they paid $17.34 for it in 1944. The tractor shows no sign of any other oil filter like the Instruction book illustrates.
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this? Unfortunatly the old oil filter is gone with the scrap metal. I was curious once and tore into it but lost interest when there was nothing in it but some hugh filter material. The tractor has an oil gauge yet. There were lots of modifications with F-20 parts along the way plus "Farmer Improvements". Thanks for any help Cleddy
