If yours is the type that lifts with the Touch Control arms, you might be able to fabricate a rod or add a rod so you can lift with both sides of the Touch Control. Of course you would have to move both levers together for this to work, but it could be done.
This should about double the lifting power, but you might also break something along the way... if there is a weak point, you just might find it.
