Just aquired Farmall 460 and have questions

Just aquired Farmall 460 and have questions.

Tractor runs well. We drove it home on the road, about 21 miles. Everythiing went well until almost home and I was going down hill and using the brakes when it developed a clunk in the rear case. The brakes were really bad, but we continued on and parked it. It continued to run smoothly.

It sat for a week until I could get to it. I drove it carefully around the yard and no clunk. Ah ha, hopefully just the brakes.

This weekend pulled the bakes apart and pulled the bull pinion shaft and bearings. Brake houseings severly plugged with dirt. The left side was dry and looks to be in pretty good shape. The right side was an oil soaked mess and packed with dirt. One of the springs holding the brake actuater was broken and the surfaces were severly pitted. OK, all new brakes for the right side and new disks for the left.

Now the surprise, the pinion bull gears were badly chipped. The left side, not so much and the right side real bad. I jacked up the back end and completely inspected the bull gears and they appear to be smooth and clean with no defects. The oil was quite milky in appearance and needs to be changed.

How many drains and filters are there? I want to purge the system of as much of this crap oil as I can. The tractor has a No. 52 end loader mounted and I know this cruddy oil is all through it. Are there any special additives that I should put in the fresh oil? The tractor has a functioning TA, fast hitch, and PTO.
