You've got an early B275 with the in-line CAV injection pump. They just about all leak like that. Not supposed to be diesel fuel there but that's what happens with most of them. That pump is acually four pumps in a box with a camshaft that rides in oil. That oil reservoir is a separate fill and it's up to you to drain it once in awhile and put in fresh oil. It gets slight amounts of diesel fuel leaking into it from the four injector pumps above it and after awhile that reservoir overfills. When it does - it spills out that little overflow pipe. So all that means is the reservoir is over-full. I suggest you drain it, put in some fresh 30W motor oil and keep an eye on it. I only change mine once a year. It dribbles out that overflow all year. Been that way for 30 years now. By the way - if it leaks REAL bad - you can still buy the repair parts in England. Near $200 for four new injector plungers and delivery valves. Even when new and perfect - they will still leak a little.
