I live in Missouri and around this part of the state Farmall C's and SC's are very common. A Super C should have about 1 1/2" space between the top of the hydraulic unit and the bottom of the fuel tank which I don't see in the photo. I can't tell from the picture some other distinguishing features because they are not detailed enough for my eyes but around here that is certainly not a $900 C or SC unless something very outstanding and unique is hidden or you failed to mention. I have a 1953 Super C w/fast hitch narrow front end tractor and it is one of my most used older Farmalls because it is so handy and the right size for so many jobs on a working farm. I think with a little effort you can find a very nice and straight SC for a few hundred more which is what you are most likely going to have to spend on the one pictured. If the serial no plate is still on the tractor it will be located on the right hand side of the seat base and a Super C will have a six digit serial no. starting at 100001 and up.
