I'd try pouring a couple teaspoons of gas in the carburator . And see if it will run . Might be a fuel problem . Are the plugs wet after you try to start up ? Or bone dry ? Be carefull with the gas trick . It will pobably start and run out of gas . At least it will determine a fuel problem . Are the carb jets open a few turns ?
