Tractor no start!!

Hi list, Tryed all sujections but wont start! I did find out why I was getting spark from the coil to the distrobuter cap but not the plugs. It seems if you are way out of time, it will pervent you from getting any fire to the plugs. I got new points, condenser, plugs-cham.d21s, disterbuter cap, roter, and wires. I just rebuilt the moter and put a new carberater kit in.STEAL WILL NOT START!!!!!BIll
