Its mostly old fescue, some weeds and heavy in some spots, thin in others. the listing has 5', 6', and 7' flail mowers, varying conditions, but I was thinking about one the 5', if I could run in 3rd gear mostly. I have a bush hog, or brush cutter, or whatever its being called these days, actually have 2 and neither give the finish Im looking for without a 2nd cutting, and in some spots a 3rd just to spread the grass! The guy who use to cut it for bedding would always go over it with his 706 and flail mower after the first frost just to make it look pretty. He stopped doing it a few years ago, and I just want it to look good again!
