I am biased with my thoughts on the 574 as I have 2, one since nearly new and the other bought to get the loader. Neither have near the hours as listed on the one you are considering. Both of mine have been very dependable. These tractors come with more than one type of injector pump. Bosch equipped 574s are more valuable as they start easier. These tractors have a multiposition fuel cutoff lever with a start position immediately above the cutoff position. As for problem areas. These tractors will not tolerate poor maintenance of the hydraulic system. Clean filters and fluid are a must. The shift linkage is subject to get sloppy through the levers. The shift lever is dangerously located when dismounting. Your leg can and will cause the tractor to shift out of neutral if you brush against it as you go off. At 52 HP with good weight the tractor is very versatile and will perform. The saddle tanks are steel and I have seen some that are rusted through on the bottom so you will want to check this out. The brakes are power assisted and the master cylinders sometimes will require a couple of pumps when the internal seals leak. Other than minor nuisances these tractor are reliable and therefore the value holds. I only paid approximately $7000 for the one that I bought years ago when it had 50 hours on the clock. I frequently visit auctions and I still see these tractors bring $6000+. Good luck
