W9 clutch stuck

I picked up an old W9 that we used to have on the farm 20 years ago. The engine turns over fine but the clutch is stuck. I removed a mouse nest and all the dirt out of the bell housing and sprayed it with Liquid wrench,but didn't see to help. Any other ideas with out splitting the tractor? Thanks, Tom H
