Well I put a gallon of gas in the tank and preset carb per discussions on the forum. Pulled the starter rod and the SM popped off after a few revolutions! Wow did that ever sound great. Last ran in Nov of 2003. Great oil pressure, no water leaks and one slight oil leak at rear main seal. I have added Bars rear main conditioner hoping this takes care of it? I changed the electrical to 12V and the 52 MD genny works just fine showing a 10 amp charge and rapidly dropping to an amp or two after 10 minutes. What is the recommended fluid for the hydralics? HyTran? I have the rear wheel hubs mounted and hope to roll in the tires tomorrow and get em bolted on. Can't wait to back ot out of the shop. I will post a few pictures once I have the sheet metal on.
