After all the advice from you guys, I'm going for the fluid & filter change. Question is, the park brake is U/S, is it worth going the whole hog and changing the band while the oil is drained or does it not need the oil drained to change the band, meaning I can get the oil change done and worry about the band later. If doing it all together, do I need to prepare with any other gaskets etc that should be changed at the same time? Also any tips on the band change would be great, I'm in heavy engineering so not a complete dumpling but I admit tractor maintenance is new to me. Any tips, links or photo's/PDF's that might help would be awesome. I'll try to get a manual before I start but may have a crack at it without.
