If what you have is an International and not a Farmall it is rare, and originally yellow would be more rare. The yellow ones were mostly marketed by the Industrial division. I have seen original pictures of a yellow 140, but not a 130. I once purchased what was sold to me as an International 100, but when it was delivered by the seller it was a Farmall.
