I have a 1954 Farmall Super C with Fast Hitch and the two touch controlled hydraulic lifts in the center of the tractor. The tractor sat for 6 months or so in the barn without being run. The two touch control levers are kind of stiff, but the left one works properly and positions properly up and down. The right one I can't move with the control lever, but I can go down under the hydraulic unit and move the touch control lever easily with a small rod. And then the control lever moves it back easily and the hydraulic arm moves to position just fine. So, the left control moves top to bottom ok. The right one can be moved down with a small pry bar easily, and can be moved back up to top easily by the control lever. But not back down again. So, what is the problem and what do I need to do?
