Grandad's 51 H and it's new owner

Well guys, I'm new to this forum. I've been spending all my time over on the Case forum with my VAC-14 that I just recently finished. Now I'm on to my new project.

Last month at my grandad's farm auction I bought his 51 H that he bought new 49 years ago. He used this tractor right up to his retirement when he sold the equipment at 86 years old. I'm proud to say that I'm only the second owner of this beast, but I'm sure I'll always refer to it as Grandad's H.

It's still running, the paint shows signs of 49 years of use, has a few oil leaks, and the rubber isn't great. I'm looking at a full restoration on it except for a engine rebuild. (it was rebuilt 10 years ago when grandad started to slow down) I do plan to put all new seals and gaskets in the motor to stop the oil leaks.

Dad and I were also able to buy his 51 Chevrolet 3/4 ton grain truck with a knaphide dump bed. It's kinda rough but will make a great restoration project. I need a source on where to get new and used parts for it if anyone knows of one.

Well plan to hear from me often when I get started to work on this project. There appears to be lots of advice here on this board and lots of fun.

You'll probably get tired of hearing from me!

By the way, anyone know where I can find a new nose cone for it? This one hit the fence pretty hard one day.
