Well they were made by OTC and the only way you can even think about getting one is to have a dealer order it thru there service dept. as if it even still available OTC will only sell it to a dealer on a dealer letterhead . I have ONE and got mine when i bought out a closing I H dealers total service dept's tool inventory . The only thing that i did not get was the sleeve that goes over the splines on the nose of the T/A assembly to help get it thru the seal so you do not tare or have the seal flip on you when you install it as they are a real pain to do. Next question , NO I DO NOT LOAN -RENT - OR LET MY TOOLS OUT .
