This will tell you a great deal about how big of a battle you are in for. If it appears lightly stuck, I would put a mixture of ATF fluid and penetrating oil in each cylinder and walk away for a week. Then block up the rear of the tractor so the wheels are off the ground. Put it in gear and begin trying to rock a wheel back and forth.
