Dont turn the engine over after its apart. Before removing the housing pull the dist cap and observe the direction the rotor is pointed so when you put the assy back together make sure the rotor is still pointed the same and you will be fine. If you had a mag it would be more important. While its apart mite want to replace the bottom seal on the steering sector as it probably is leaking after all the yrs. Mite need to replace the bushings also in the sector and seals.fill with 90wt when done. You will need a puller to remove the pulley as they are a press fit and check for a set screw in that pulley as some had one. You dont need to remove the gaov itself just the housing. I would also replace the gov spring while its apsrt. If the pulley is worn where the seal sits get a speedy sleeve before putting it back on. Most of the time the old seal has worn a groove where the seal rides.
