Lately my power steering has been sluggish.3 pt would raise and lower fine and the PTO would turn when engaged although i haven't had anything hooked to it.Decided to change the filter and fluid.i also pulled what i believe is the flow diverter spool on the bottom underneath the filter.there's 2 bolts i pulled both and cleaned them made sure i reinstalled correctly.everything looked fine.Power steering is the same.3 pt still goes up and down, chatters a little when going down and the PTO spins.I hooked a brush hog to it and it turns BARELY.if i raise the BH then engage the pto it will turn and after some time will get up to speed but dies right off when i lower it to cut.
After perusing thsi site for a while i upon someones recommendation to someone else i blasted air into the dipstick hole with everything running pto spinning and i pulled the larger bolt on the bopttom with it running till fluid came out.still nothing. whats next any ideas??thx
