Looks like the same IH Wagner 120 loader I have on mine. Mine has a more recent paint job and bigger tires on the front and now has wheel weights on the rear, which you will need. I can about guarantee you will pick up the rear of the tractor without added weight, mine did and may still do it. I have PS which, although maybe not a nessesity, will certainly help. Weak point, especially with the loader, is the front steering gears in the bolster and steering arm from the bolster. Mine had evidence of a lashed up repair before I got it and I replaced the gears and arm after I got it. Mineis also switched to 12v and the 6v starter wore out the starter drive gear (Bendix) and spots on the flywheel ring gear. I had my auto-electric guy replace the 6v field coils with 12v and it works great now.
International (that is not a Farmall) 240 is last in line after the SC-200-230 with a C123 engine and that little engine is surprisingly strong. Same 4 speed tranny and no live pto, which is surprising considering it was introduced in 1958. Most tractors should have had lpto by then. For a loader tractor, even with the weak steering, I'd take it over an H any day.
