First the valve on the manifold is the pressure valve the one by the filter is the control valve so we can talk about the system keeping things straight. There is a pipe plug in the bottom of the control valve remove that to let the condensation junk drain. Grease the two fittings then just a little. There is a rubber washer in that valve that need to be replaced. part#15214E Control valve seat. Gasket is part#15217E. Those parts will keep the lift from coming back down. In the cycl is a piston cup part#15184 it is probably bad thats why it doesent lift good. The pressure valve on the manifold has a flopper that seats and diverts the exhaust thru the control valve to the cycl. I dont think those are availabel but your dealer mite know where to get one. I make them out of leather and can send you one. You mite want to call me 319-430-3907 i live in Iowa central daylitetime. these systems work well if kept in shape and not letting tractor out in the rain letting the pressure valve get rusty. I have been using them since 1948 repair and so forth for users all over and will be glad to help you get yours working .
