I have a 364 with the optional hydraulic valve and remotes. I can get the 3pt hitch to lift but it will not go down . There is a knob on the right side that says open and shut and one on the left says fast and slow. How do these need to be set for the hitch to work? Also do the position and draft levers both need to be in the rear position for lift and forward to lower? I am new to IH and have had mostly Massey Ferguson tractors. Please help
