Just buy the manual. I can't see how you could restore a tractor without one. There are a lot of adjustments and torque specs in the service manual. Go to B inder B ooks. There books are the best I have seen. Try the ones on eBay for me. They are a lot cheaper, but I hear the quality is hit or miss. My BB WD-9 manuals aren't as good as my H set.
Edit - I changed my mind. I bought the knowledge what do you have in return? :twisted: I could use a seat post, swinging drawbar guide strap, hose holder attatched to the oil filter, unaltered dash, left foot plate, lights. There are a few more, but they are probably over budget. :lol:
