Tom, you are looking for oddball F series parts that are rarely found anywhere. Here in WI you would be lucky to find an F series at a junkyard and extra lucky to find a less common/rare part.
My point was you can find them closer and cheaper than at the convention. I will pay the difference if you can't. My edit - I was also saying I wouldn't make a point to go to the convention just to buy wheel weights. On the other hand, it would probably be worth it when looking for NOS WD-9 engine parts and Heisler OD for an F-20.
Tractor pullers probably don't have much to do with the price of wheel weights. They actually don't like wheel weights. To start with they are really heavy to take on and off several times per day. They are also not ideal for power transfer. Their location is good, but they do create rolling resistance and that is bad especially for high speed/hp machines. I would agree that tractor pullers have driven up the price of 75# and 100# IH suitcase weights, but don't have much effect on wheel weights.
