fuel?... is it gas or diesel. if your pull starting it it will take 1/2 mile to get it to fire on diesel. can give it a sniff of starting fluid to get it started but not my thing to do that. thats why they start on gas , so the whole motor warms up and then switches over to diesel smoothly. pump full of diesel... your seals are gone in the fuel pump on injection pump. give more info.
