I have a 1961 International 404 and I would like to mount a New Idea loader that I have on it. The problem is that the loader has high pressure cylinder (it came off of an A-C). I work for a pump and valve mfgr. and can buy a high pressure pump very cheap instead of buying expensive cylinders. It appears that there is a coupling bolted tothe front of the crank pulley and there is a clearance slot in the steering box that is in front of and slightly below the engine. I believe I can mount a pump in front of the grille onto a bracket using a shaft and flexible coupling to drive the pump. Does anyone know if there was ever such an option and if the bracket may be available from International?
