went and put a seal kit in my charlyn powersteering toqure motor Also known as the hand motor An put sumthing together wrong it seems to have a mind of its own now touch the wheel it will go from stop-to-stop on its own??? Before I tore it apart i scribed a line on the side of it so I would know the "Clock Position" but must of still done sumthing wrong HELP???
