Had one come around a few years ago with an aerial black and white photo. The game was to take it in the off season, and interest and involve you, the property owner, in providing the correct colors you wanted everything. Less expensive that way, if you want a fake looking watercolor. Then more recently, a guy comes by with a nice aerial photo. When I tell him if and when I want to see my place I'll get in my airplane and take a look, I expect him to back off. But he then says I should understand how much it costs to go up and take pictures! Nobody asked him to do it! I guess many sales jobs require a real blockhead!
