OK, checked out everything possible that is accessable on the MCV, the brake valve, the internals the brakes. Still same thing, start up and she locks. Now reading the IT manual it does not say anything about differences in the '06 series brakes. I recall the person I bought the tractor from saying it had a 706 rearend, he thought, but he didnt seem sure, So as I am looking at the outer brake cover, it seems awful small(narow), so I walk over to the 1206, and measure, and the cover on the 1206 is a full 1/2" wider than the one on my 806. The IT book doesnt address it but I thought I read some where that the '06's had a brake change at some point. I am wondering if my brake assembly that is on the tractor is from a different design than what the brake assy cover is from. Like there is just to much brakes "stuff" being compressed into that drum cover. The brakes I have in it has the brake piston, 2 plates, and 2 brake disk's, and a bonded disk (insulator) on the piston. Is my whole problem maybe that some one stuck on some rong covers???
