I had the injec. pump on my 826 overhauled a year ago. After a short time i noticed it was getting fuel in the crankcase,because the front seal on the pump shaft was leaking. I got it back today,put it back on exactly the way i took it off. The guy at the shop said he didnt turn the shaft at all or do anything to mess the timing up. I got the whole system bled out after putting on new fuel filters,and the only way i get get it to run is with the fuel shut-off cable pulled half way out...then it smokes like crazy and will only run on a real low idle.if i push the cable back down in the run position,it will stall immidiatly. if i pull it ALL the way out it will stall.. It wont take any throttle either... If its out of time it will have to be re-timed....just not real good on pumps and hoping its something simple first.... thanks in advance for any help!!!
