Charles, thanks for the information. I knew about the IH 50 and all my letter series tractors are 1951 and later. The ones I had painted as part of restorations are all the 2150 color. I'm now going to be doing a Farmall 240 which is a 1958 model so will have to sort that out again when it's ready for paint. The white to be used will also require some checking out then as well. I saw your thread on the SA dilema but never having been in one of those engines couldn't provide any comments but read everything with great interest. Too bad about the missing plug as I wouldn't have been able to sleep until that got figured out. Hope you aren't bald yet from pulling out hair trying to get to the bottom of that one. We are having some really great weather over here that you sent us. Saw on the news this morning looking at 68 F Thursday and going to be near 60 today. Still have several inches of ice and frozen sleet in shady areas around the buildings. Thanks for the information and I'll file it away in my finish paint binder, Hal.
