I hope you have some experience with diesel so you get my drift. Batteries are very important and even if they appear to be spinning the engine over, they may not be spinning it fast enough for good start. Put some booster cables on the batteries you have in it and try the start. Now what I am about to tell you you need to be CAREFULL. Try a shot of ether when spinning the engine over,DO NOT USE THE GLOW PLUGS WHEN USING ETHER! I have seen engines start with a whiff of ether that would not otherwise start. It sounds like you have bled things correctly and have fuel at the injector,the injector may be slobbering the fuel in, instead of spraying it in, so a whiff of ether can make the combustion occur. Have your throttle full open when trying the start..if you are getting white puffs at the exhaust its going to start.
