I have the gov gear with missing teeth so i took off the wts and chuck the shaft in the electric drill then i can put the mag in a vise and check out spark,wires,plugs that way helps figuring out the problems. When you get a well used one you just dont realy know what you have and it saves a lot of messing around so when ya gets it in the engine ua gots something.
