Rob, Was it running before the cap and rotor were replaced? If it was, reinstall the old parts one at a time, being sure you get the wires on in the proper order. If this fixes it, you know you got a bad part. It does happen. Return it for a replacement and try again. If it was not running before, check the wiring to the mag switch to be sure it isn't shorted to ground somewhere, check the point gap and clean them and be sure the impulse is tripping. If all is well there, check the condenser by removing it. If it fires then, replace the condenser. Just be methodical by checking one thing at a time and you can get it figured out. Good luck, Phil
