Theres nothing wrong with that hose it appears like you have a tractor with the 113 engine that was used on the A and B and early C series. Your radiator ias probably not p;lugged but i would bet some good money the block sure is. Remove the radiator then lower outlet then using compressed air and water get the four holes at the bottom of the sleeves flushed and the junk removed you will find tons of stuff in there. I have renewed a bunch of them the last few yrs and it is not uncommon to find thick layer of stuff in the botto,m of the block where coolant is supposed to flow down into the radiator. You will be in for a surprise when you see the stuff flow out. Use reverse flow so it will come out the top after you get it clean from the bottom.
