I can not seem to nail down the reason for only being able to achieve about 400 PSI on my 600D hydraulics. It appears to have good flow but I did not measure it. The tank is clean and has fresh oil. The suction line flows oil well to the pump. I opened up the pump to inspect and it is pristine inside. There is no scarring and the shaft seals looked good but I have replaced them. When I started it I bled the air from the system via the top hole on the pump. I put a bypass hose connecting the two remote couplers together and left it pump through there for a while also. I have disassembled the relief valve and the large safety spring was broken and I have replaced it with the correct spring. I blew compressed air through all the ports. The small screen and orifice are clean. It does not have power steering. Three nights shot and I still only get 400 psi. What am I missing or could the problem be in the control valve for the remote connection. I have never torn one of these apart. I am ready to learn the secret. Thanks in advance.
