Stuart Bruny said: (quoted from post at 05:50:21 05/27/10) I'm restoring a 1951 Farmall H. I plan to purchase 12.4 x 38 (45 degree lug) rear tires, which should look fairly original. Not sure what style of front tire to purchase to make it look original. The current tires are two rib 5.50 x 16. Can anyone give me any info. on what style front tire came on the H in 1951 ? Two rib, three rib, etc. ??
Thanks
There were several options for the front tires, but you will be very hard pressed to find anything other than the 3 rib today.
