Originally there was no bushing, I have had a local machine shop bore and install a bushing in two 400 clutch pedals for me. I supplied a bronze bushing 1.25" OD 1" ID and I think 2" long, they bored the clutch pedal, installed the bushing and then bored the bushing to fit the shaft. I had them make a new shaft too. $60 to sleeve the clutch pedal and $50 for the new shaft.
