I just had this happen to me on my Cub, same system set up just a 1/3 smaller. I bought a kit from CNH mainly consist of O rings, and gaskets. I found that two of the mesh strainers were plugged full of debris. I cleaned everything out very well and put it back together. Now i also replaced the springs inside the T/C but that may not really to be done, i just did it an a preventive nature. It is not a hard job to take it apart but will take you the better part of a day to complete. let me know if you need more info
