If casting dates are Z or A, it is a 100.
If casting dates are B, it could be either. Most months of B are probably a 100. Very, very late months of B could be 130.
If casting dates are C or D, it is a 130.
Tractorman is correct, though. The paint scheme is 130. But, that does not prove anything as many 100, 200, 300 and 400 tractors were repainted with white inserts and grills like the newer models.
