Gene, you seem to be of the thinking that the independant rear lift was the only system offered... which isn't the case at all. The a136 and a138 standard configuration (in other words cheaper because of less parts) simply used a bowed piece of steel and a bracket that attached the two front levers to the rear rockshaft to lift them all together at once. The independant was an option to give them the ability to adjust the depth independantly as well as obviously lift them independantly of the mid mounts... if it was the only option they wouldn't have called them "independant" they would have just called them the rear cultivator lever, right? The one I have lets you adjust the depth of the rears independant of the mids, but they are all lifted together I think anyway. The one I saw mounted, this third lever lifted them independantly of the front, but looked like it was a PITA to try and lift them because the lever handle rested near the rear of the tranny. Seemed to me that it was simply mounted wrong maybe and that the two front levers would attach to it and lift it... we'll see. Haven't messed with it much yet. Thats why i'm looking for pics or manuals for it... cause a lot of things will work when hooked up wrong... they just won't work right.
